Everything was perfect!
Pool area is lovely, with plenty of space and beds. Staff were so friendly and attentive, made our trip so simple by helping us with everything. Rooms are gorgeous with perfect outdoor space for relaxing or having breakfast. Breakfast was some of the best we’ve had in Indonesia!
Loved it so much we tried to extend our stay😊

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very nice.
Bad management of the hotel. Not a clear pricing, which prices do include taxes and other fees and which not. Also, vey bad rental service of bicycles- again chaotic, renting the bikes without working brakes (extremely dangerous if the horse car cut your way).

The complex was very pretty and the rooms were clean with good air conditioning.
There was a problem with the water for one entire afternoon/night (area problem), and they did not offer any solutions. We had to buy ourselves bottles of mineral water.
They offer bike rental for a reasonable price, but the bikes don't have lights and at night it is dangerous going through those streets withot them.
