Great location and just a few minutes walk down to the beach and about 5-10 minutes pleasant walk along the waterfront to the town centre. Good that there’s parking on site.
The coffee available at breakfast. Come on guys, this is Italy and we didn’t expect to taste the worst (undrinkable) cappuccino ever. Either clean the machines or use better quality coffee or milk. Overall the buffet breakfast was disappointing, cordial masked as juice and other shortcuts on quality which didn’t align with the price we paid to stay there. Also beware that you pay for parking, €6 for open or €15 for covered parking per day. Note that the facilities and rooms are spread out over a large area on a hill so not easy for anyone with mobility issues.
Also not sure if this is part of the property responsibility but the stone step pathway down to the beach needs better lighting at night. I tripped and fell and cut my knee as I didn’t see a step in the darkness.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and easy to access.
Food choices at the Terrace were very low the lunchtime we were there.
When we had breakfast we found the food selection good, but finding a clean plate was a challenge. I mentioned it to the staff who didn’t seem interested and they just replied with “the plates are washed “
