Situated in Estero Island, this lovely house for $236 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located on Delmar ave on the fabulous north end of FMB! Completely renovated half a duplex - All new! Beautiful tile floors and brand new appliances, bathrooms, beds, furniture, everything! Fabulous Fort Myers Beach house 4 minute walk to beach, 15 minute walk to the action and restaurants of Times Square. Trolly stop just a block and a half away to enjoy public transportation to Lovers Key or Junkanoo Below Deck's new location right next to Publix grocery store. The trolly also runs north up to Times Square and out to Bowditch - hop on, hop off! Updated and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 8 with lots of outdoor space. The house is a spacious duplex with great privacy features. Large flat screen tv in comfortable living room area with sleeper sofa, love-seat and slip chair. New Roku flat screen tv and free high speed internet throughout the home. Includes a comfortable ground floor covered lanai, large deck off the second floor and roomy fenced in patio area in back. Privacy fences and pet friendly! Two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Upstairs master bedroom has a large king bed. Kitchen has refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker with standard and keurig-style options, toaster, dishwasher etc. Great laundry room upstairs. All brand new appliances. Friendly neighborhood with a mix of year-round residents as well as seasonal visitors. There is construction ongoing along Delmar ave, with several homes nearly rebuilt and several others just getting started. The beaches have been replenished and cleaned and wildlife has been returning in great numbers! Small businesses are returning and popping up anew and can be found in many incarnations. Some in food trucks or tents and others in remodeled buildings. Lots of restaurants have come back and many more will be back soon! The long awaited Margaritaville Resort is open and has lots of festive options. There is still quite a bit of destruction visible from Hurricane Ian throughout the island - especially along Estero blvd and in the Times Square area - but things are being rebuilt and are improving every single day. We are here and you should be, too! Please feel free to ask any questions you may have!!

House was very clean, there was a grill on the property which we used frequently and it ran out of lp I contacted Londa and it was taken care of the next day at no charge to my family or I. Great experience and would go back

We had a good family holiday in this great location. Lots to do around both walking and driving. The house was adequate but dated and needs done up very soon. A few things were broken but property management came out very fast to help. We couldn’t sit out as the garden was not enclosed so bugs were bad. But still think property was worth it.

The house is a perfect beach cottage. Close enough to the action to walk to but far enough away that you can enjoy a relaxing, peaceful evening if you choose. Wagon, beach chairs and small cooler provided.

We had a great experience at this property. It was perfect for us as we had a 7 and 11 year old so we had plenty of room. The beach is walking distance and everything you need for the beach is provided. Super trip (other than the airline and flights) and we would definitely recommend and stay again!

Liked being close enough to the action area to walk and still away from the noise. There are plenty of beach toys for all ages. The walk to the beach isn’t far. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Terrific location for a beach vacation. The home itself is older and could use repairs. Downstairs living area could use better air circulating-stuffy at night. Everywhere else, A/C made very comfortable. Really nice to have beach toys and chairs to use. If you want the quieter side of beach-we did-this is located there. But you are close enough to walk to the active side. Perfect location!! Over all, nice place for our family vacation.

My mom, sister, two daughters and I took a long weekend to Ft. Meyers Beach. This property was the perfect size and very clean. I can't say enough about how responsive Londa was to my questions. We were flying so I wanted to be sure there were beach towels, a cooler, etc at the property. She even went out and purchased a new cooler before our arrival. Will definately rent from her again!

We had a great time! We have been to Ft Meyers before but stayed at a condo on the beach. We wanted to be closer to Times Square and try a beach house. While this house has potential, it’s very outdated. All the houses on either side of the duplex and across the street are updated. And we found out some were a few hundred dollars cheaper in rent. I would not stay here again, unless they updated it. But we had fun all the same.

Plenty of space for our family of five including two teens! Lots of outdoor space as well, and it's private. All the reviews are accurate; it's an amazing location, quick walk to the beach, equipped with a wagon for beach toys (included here, such as noodles, body boards, sand toys). The upstairs bathroom needs a little tlc but it's been updated and is not bad. My only request, if more towels could be provided so we could wash a load while we used a load. Oh yeah, laundry room is included here and it's huge! Also a quick walk to Heavenly Biscuit, Tuckaway Cafe, and the corner convenience store. Maybe 10 min walk to the square. Overall, a very nice, comfortable stay for our family. Would def come back!

Londa’s place was just perfect for our girls’ week at the beach! We fit six women very comfortably and had seriously everything we needed! We were very impressed with the way the kitchen was stocked and the washer and dryer and dishwasher were key for our group! The beach chairs and wagon were also super helpful! Could not have been happier with the location! We could walk to the beach and to downtown, but our street was also right in between 2 of the trolley stops (which is free)! We had the perfect week! Thank you!
