Location is 15 (night-time) minutes from the airport. Good for 1 night stayover for early flight. 24H guarded parking lot directly next door. The room is small and simple, the elevated bed is OK, shower is OK. Airco is good. Digital communication with host via Whatsapp was OK (in Italian, but you can answer in English)
Some noise of the parking entrance / traffic next door in the (Friday-)evening

Piccola ma accogliente struttura dotata di tutti i comfort. A circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Wynajęliśmy z kuzynostwem 2 apartamenty bez śniadań. VIA PLEBISCITO to jedna z najniebezpieczniejszych ulic w CATANII
( o czym dowiedzieliśmy si dopiero na miejscu ). My przeżyliśmy 6 dni bez złych przygód. Podobał mi się PARKING, który jest obok i za 5/6 EURO za noc deponujesz wynajęty samochód, bo na chodnikach ciężko i niebezpiecznie. Podoba mi się ławeczka przed mieszkaniami z popielniczkami, możliwością palenia papierosów i robienia cichej nasiadówy. Podobały mi się apartamenty - obydwa miały wady - cieknące krany, lejące się prysznice, wybałuszone płytki, rozpuchnięte drzwi, ale ogólnie plusy przeważały nad minusami.
To jest wewnętrzne podwórko 8- 10 mieszkań. Chyba te 2 są na wynajem. Reszta stali lokatorzy. Około 22/00 uaktywniała się osoba o ciemnej karnacji. Próbowała zrobić przy pomocy mopa i innych środków czystości porządek od poziomu -1 do 3 piętra wspólnej przestrzeni. Krzyki, rozmowy telefoniczne, itp. ZEBY BYŁO JASNE - nie była agresywna w stosunku do nas. Druga rzecz - żeby było jasne - sprzątała wybieg i darła gębę do 2/30, 3/00 rano. Nie jestem psychiatrą, ale akurat moja żona jest lekarzem- w /g jej opinii - ciężka psychoza.

it was clean and tidy ! small but comfy ! near to the city centre.
the only major problem is the noise! people from 6:00 am in the morning yelling , cars in the streets honking continuously… only Sunday was a cool day ! last but not least , neighbourhood had no lights in the street ! after staying there there is no way to be afraid but it’s important to point out that it’s a little bit creepy at the first days !
