Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. Additionally the property has a lot of character and is quite unique. There are many interesting photos of the country of Jordan. Rooms have Jordanian geographic names.
Lack of amenities. It is a basic hotel so, sometimes if you’re used to more amenities you may wish you had them. We stayed on the third floor and if you know there is no elevator, Ok. But I missed it.

Everything was perfect, from the staff who were very friendly and always helpful, to the cleanliness of the hotel, the food and the location. Definitely a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back again as soon as I have the chance.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was fine.
The room was extremely small, no desk / work space available in the room (work sitting with the laptop on the bed).
Internet connection extremely slow and interrupting - not a hotel for business trips
