About this condo rental
Located in Cambridge, this lovely condo for $143 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A stylish architect designed and furnished studio attached to the main house but self contained and with its own separate entrance. This modern contemporary west facing space is sunny, fully double glazed and overlooks the main house garden. It has a vaulted ceiling, designer lighting, ceramic wood effect flooring with underfloor heating, Venetian blinds, electrically operated windows and blackout curtains. There is a living/dining area with a sofa bed,high spec kitchen and separate sleeping area with a shower room and toilet. The studio is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher induction hob combination oven microwave and warming drawer together with all necessary household items for a comfortable stay. There is a table and chairs outside and guests are welcome to enjoy the garden. There is space to park a car and use of bike shed is available if required.Bike hire is easy.The studio is located almost opposite Addenbrookes hospital, close to the station and is a 30 minute walk, ten minute cycle or 5 minute drive from the centre of Cambridge. Several express supermarkets and restaurants are located approximately a mile away. Bus stops are located a 5 - 7 minute walk away and the buses go approximately every 15 minutes. to the town centre. We now have electric bikes and scooters in Cambridge which are often available to pick up fairly close to the house. We also have Uber now so transport overall is very easy.

This was a lovely garden studio. Lovely glass windows looking out at the garden. The hosts have decorated the studio in a nice peaceful way. The bed was very comfortable. Joanna and Paul also had milk, tea, coffee, etc, available on arrival which was so welcome.
The instruction book they had prepared was very useful and easy to understand. It was an easy walk to the bus stop to get into the city center. I would certainly recommend the studio.

The view from the studio at their garden was lovely.
The studio is comfortable and well equiped, but very light and sometimes warm (on sunny days, even when the temperature was at most 21 degrees) because of the lack of window covering from the upper windows.
The studio is centrally located to visit Cambridge as well as places of interest in the surroundings.

Our stay was not a holiday but a home while our home was taken over by builders. The garden studio was conveniently located and well equipped enabling us to live comfortably. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Cambridge for just a few days or longer term. The beautiful garden is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day and Joanne and Tony are warm and welcoming hosts.

I arrived injured, unable to walk. My stay was for 4 nights. I was restricted to the couch.
My hosts allowed me to check in early.
My hosts shopped for me multiple times. They checked in everyday. They provided rides on my last day to punting and the train.
The lodging is stunning, calming, cozy, modern, simple.
The garden takes your breath away.
It is a personal place put together and designed with great care.
If you are lucky to find availability, take it!

This was our second stay in this Garden Studio. It has been beautifully designed and has all the amenities you need. Approx. 30min walk to the city centre or you can hop on a electric scooter/bike to get there quicker! The hosts are lovely and provided good instructions.

When we arrived we were met in the garden by Joanna & Paul who made us feel truly welcome. The studio was really lovely, quiet & peaceful & very well equipped. It felt more like a home than a holiday rental. Lovely views of the garden. We really loved staying there & hope to return one day. Thank you both for your hospitality.

Being set in a beautiful garden this is a very serene place to stay. There is a calm quality despite some traffic and train noise. It's no good if you like dark for sleeping though as there are no blinds on upper windows. Overall, very clean, well equipped and tastefully done.

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful decor and finishing touches throughout. Location is perfect for walks to the centre and also has a bus stop close by. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us some good tips on getting around cambridge and even had some lovely goodies left for us on arrival. Wonderful stay. Thank you Joanna and Paul .

We had a lovely 5 night stay in the Garden Studio. It was a great location for exploring Cambridge (nice walking or cycle/scooter routes into the centre) and driving around Cambridgeshire. The Studio had a well equipped kitchen and has been very well designed, with lovely views onto the garden. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was excellent for our two day trip to Cambridge and the layout was absolutely ideal.
I would go back to this accommodation and I would also recommend it to family and friends.
It took 25mins to walk in to city centre and we tried two different ways but we missed the brook walk in so might be best to ask owners for directions.

An airy light and bright stay
The little studio is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The outside garden is an oasis. All of the appliances are top notch and the kitchen is appointed with everything you need if you want to cook. Paul and Joanna could not have been more kind.

Fab studio for exploring Cambridge
Lovely, peaceful, very high quality studio with outlook to super secluded garden. Property had everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great cycling into and around Grantchester, Trumpington and Cambridge. Jo and Paul were lovely hosts who made sure we had everything we needed, gave us lots of local information and made sure we had plenty of space to relax. Brilliant stay - we’ll be back :-).

Beautiful and tranquil garden studio
We had a wonderful short break based from this delightful studio. The hosts, Joanna and Paul, were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, right down to the tealights for the lantern on our garden table! We would certainly like to return when visiting this area again.

The setting is outstanding, with a lovely view. of a large garden The apartment is a good size, with first class equipment and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is not near the Cambridge city centre, but there is a bus stop fairly close by.

Joanna and Paul were great hosts. Their garden studio was perfect for our weekend stay with great facilities and well located.
They were able to give us perfect directions for a lovely walk into the town centre.

One of the best!
This property was exactly as described. The living space is modern, bright and airy and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was very relaxing overlooking a beautiful garden. Communication with the owner Joanna was excellent and she was really helpful explaining everything. Lots of information available on how everything works and things to do and places to go to during the stay. We would love to return. Thank you Joanna!

Short Stay - Gorgeous Garden Apartment
When we were looking for places to stay in Cambridge we came across this garden apartment and thought what a beautiful, perfect place....then we arrived and fell in love with the apartment just a little bit! It was a short stay but we will never forget it. You have everything you need and it’s all clean and lovely. The owners looked after us extremely well and gave us great instructions beforehand too. If we ever go back to Cambridge again we know where to book.

Superb studio flat - clean, modern, lovely area, excellent hosts.
We (my son and I) stayed here 5 nights July 2019. I had the bed and he slept on the futon. Faultless communication with owners prior to arrival. Place is just opposite back entrance to Addenbooke's site. This was ideal for us. Walking into town centre takes about 30 mins at a brisk pace. Studio is immaculate. Very modern and clean with excellent level of equipment. Lovely touches such as sachets of detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Also a complementary bottle of wine and 2 bottles of beer in fridge on arrival! Never expected that!
You can sit out in the owners' lovely garden (we were blessed with sunny weather the whole time).
Owners (Jo and Paul) are very nice. They are there if needed but never at all intrusive (the studio is actually a small extension to their own home). Had a few very friendly chats and they are happy to offer local tips. I would never have found the lovely walk into town along Hobson's Conduit without Paul's recommendation.
I would say this place is probably not for you if you want wild parties in your accommodation, but if you want a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings in a very clean, modern and well equipped studio flat then you will struggle to find anything better.

A lovely property - exactly as the pictures show. Great to have tea, coffee, milk, wine etc there when we arrived.
Joanna and Paul both very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable stay in Cambridge
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property that’s pretty much how the photos show it. The studio is modern and very clean with a high spec kitchen with everything you need for self catering. The garden the studio overlooks is beautiful. There were special touches such as a bottle of wine, beer and milk in the fridge and a small vase of fresh flowers from the garden. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming and made suggestions for eating places and catching transport into Cambridge. A very cosy stay, highly recommended.
