The location was a bit of a walk into town. We could park at the property. Paul was very welcoming and the facilities were great. Everything was clean and there were tea, coffee, bread and eggs available. The kitchen could be used if we wantd to cook something. The views and walk along the beach were fantastic!

A very warm welcome. Great facilities. Lovely modern environment. Good value. Good location for local attractions.

A little disappointed that the hot tub wasn't available, but the rest of the spa facilities were an added bonus.

We were met by PJ and given a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the guesthouse. He showed around all the facilities and made us feel really welcome. Our room was very comfortable & spacious, really impressed with it. The location is ideal being right on the seafront at Spittal, with a fairly easy walk into Berwick.
