Great location, extremely helpful staff. I think we stayed in the best hotel of Port Barton - cosy atmosphere, very delicious food, very helpful staff. I really recommend to stay here!

The staff there are great. Very friendly and always helpful. Room is not fancy but spacious, clean and comfortable.
The pool is small but nice to have a dip, so long as there aren't too many kids dominating it. Port Barton beach was disappointing but that's not on the hotel. You need to travel to the outlying beaches.

The food in the restaurant was really good. The children like the swimming pool.
The mattress of the additional bed was in the beginning too small. (The problem was solved after we inform them)

Location.
Extremely overpriced for a very basic room and facilities. We've stayed in stunning places for the same price or even cheaper. Food is average too, including breakfast. I didn't find the staff particularly attentive or sweet, compared to the rest of the places we've stayed so far.
