We had a lovely trip to Cassis. The apartment was clean and bright, with a large living area and lovely views from the balcony.
Convenient parking and an easy walk to the supermarket and down to the port.
Flavio was friendly and welcoming, communicates well and a perfect host.
Cassis itself is a lovely place for a break, Les Calanques are so beautiful, they require some effort to explore on land but so worth it! Cap canaille was a great evening drive to take a walk along the cliff and watch the sunset. Lots of places to eat in Cassis, and 2 easy access beaches, I imagine they get very busy in peak season but the water was very clear and plenty of fish to look at at Bestouan beach.

Well appointed property with a good balcony and sea views. Up a bit on an incline but otherwise the location was excellent - quiet but on the edge of the action. Flavio was very friendly, professional and accommodating and I would recommend this property in beautiful Cassis.

Perfect little apartment with great location. 10/10 experience, would 100% recommend booking this place.
Only minor complaint is that only a half roll of toilet paper was provided. I know VRBO does not require providing it, however I’d put it in the same basic amenity category as hand soap and dish washing liquid and it should be provided in my opinion.

Great stay! Apartment is clean, gorgeous, and bright. Good grocery store is a block away. The bakery/beach/restaurants are all a short walk away (5-10 minutes). Flavio was a great host; friendly, great English, and prompt with communication.

Flavio is super helpful, kind and accommodating. The flat overlooks the heart of the town and the many windows provide gorgeous views of the Mediterranean and surrounding area. Super fun to relax on the balcony and watch all the activity.

We have been visiting Cassis for many years. It's a really beautiful little village with a lot of possibilities for culture and nature enthusiasts. This time we decided to come for a few days at very short notice and consider ourselves very lucky to have come across Flavio's apartment offer. Not only that the tastefully furnished and beautifully light-filled apartment allows a great view on the sea and Cape Canaille in the sunset, but also the way to the heart of Cassis, the small port, is within easy walking distance. In addition, a particular nice feature of the spacious apartment was the gas stove and the equipment in the kitchen, which made the stay a real pleasure.
Through his warm, open and accommodating manner, we had already felt very comfortable with Flavio through the first communication before our arrival. His welcome on site made us feel immediately welcome and at home. Whether we were looking for tips on cultural activities, restaurants or had general questions, Flavio was always very helpful, friendly and well-informed. It was a great pleasure to meet him and we would rent from him again anytime.

This is a great apartment, a short walk from the port and beaches of Cassis. We loved our stay here. The apartment is very well equipped and the teenagers appreciated the v good wifi! The town and local area are all beautiful. Flavio was incredibly helpful before and during our stay.

Appartement joli avec une cuisine très bien équipée, deux chambres à coucher (idéal pour 4 personnes) et un salon généreux. Deux balcons et des grandes fenêtres avec une superbe vue du paysage et de la mer. Location parfaite juste au dessus de la ville et de la plage (5 minutes à pied). On entend un peu le trafic le matin, mais appart ça, nous avons trouvé notre séjour idéal. Merci Flavio et à la prochaine.

L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce, très lumineux et très fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville.
L'accueil de Flavio a été parfait : disponible et très sympathique.
Seul bémol : nous aurions aimé utiliser le poële, mais il fallait se procurer le bois.

Une semaine de vacances parfaite
Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l’appartement qui correspond en tout point à l’annonce. Flavio a eu la grande gentillesse de nous attendre le soir de notre arrivée malgré l’heure tardive. Il nous a communiqué avant notre arrivée toutes les informations essentielles.
L’appartement en plus d’être impeccable est idéalement site et la vue depuis la terrasse incroyable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Flavio. L'appartement est superbe, très lumineux, très agréable à vivre (la batterie de cuisine est parfaite, il y a plein de beaux livres à lire, les lits sont confortables) et parfaitement situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Cassis. La place de parking est un atout indéniable. Flavio a été très flexible et très accueillant, ce fut un plaisir de le rencontrer et ce sera chez lui que nous reviendrons lors d'une prochaine visite à Cassis!
