El espacio, el buen gusto y la calidez de la decoración y por supuesto la localización. Todo perfecto. Además todo funciona y no falta nada. Como estar en casa.
Hago la misma observación que el año pasado, es una cuestión personal, los colchones son un poco duros.

Heel erg mooi en ruim appartement in het centrum van Pontevedra met uitzicht op een pleintje met restaurantjes.
Ruime compleet ingerichte keuken en gezellig woonkamerdeel.
Pontevedra als stadje was een van de toppers tijdens onze rondreis in Noord Spanje.
Het historisch centrum is niet heel groot maar overal zijn barretjes en restaurants te vinden.
We hebben hier 2 dagen gefietst en ook stadje Combarro aangedaan. Is wel toeristisch maar echt iets aparts.
Een echte aanrader om 's-avonds te gaan eten is Os Maristas, schuin tegenover het appartement.
Beslist de Panipuri de vitello tonnato bestellen, hemels!
Eigenlijk viel niets tegen behalve het geklaag dat ik lees over de APK2 garage.
De toegang is door de bocht die je maakt niet erg ruim maar goed te doen.
De parkeerplekken zijn echt voldoende groot en het kost weinig om hier te parkeren.
Kwamen maandagmiddag aan, vertrokken donderdagochtend en moesten 29,70 Euro afrekenen.
En op slechts 5 minuten lopen.

The location was great for bars restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is very spacious. Very well equipped kitchen ideal for self catering. Great buzz from the busy square full of bars and restaurants with people having a good time.

The location is great!
It was very dirty, the floor and kitchen furniture especially. The smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom drove me really mad. Unacceptable! The rooms are not conveniently equipped; really no place to arrange your stuff, the clothes stand/rack is all shaky and is located right next to the radiator, covering it, and since we were using the radiator we simply couldn’t use the clothes rack.
The 2nd room is bigger but has no view, I’d even say no windows because there is a small one but you can’t open it because of the smell coming from the street, it’s not fresh and it stinks of trash.
The apartment looks much better in the photos and I believe in our case during our stay: the lowest rainiest season, it was very overpriced!
Not recommended unless it’s twice cheaper and you don’t mind smell of cigarettes and dirty floors.
