Just what we wanted

Denise is a superb host. Always willing to answer any questions and sort any minor glitches out. Great location for the pleasure beach, south pier, food and drink and easy to get onto the tram from there

Not good property to stay

Host was awesome and very welcoming.

So many things. 1. One single bed and sofa bed is in living room which has kitchen slab in it. And that room is very very small. 2. One single bed which is foldable we’re not comfortable at all. It was metal frame all over your body touching . 3. Sofa bed was like mattress has been used for millions of years… it is okay for just one person to sleep as it is very small and very poor cushions. 4. If you turn in the bathroom light so it turn on the bathroom extractor fan which makes noice like it’s about to fall down and you can sleep at all with that noice. 5. Most and worst part of the property is its prepaid electricity meter. No where in booking it’s mention that we have to put our own money to charge that meter and run the electricity. Gas cooker, electric lamps, microwave , shower , electric socket , nothing works if you don’t put money in electric meter.

Location was great, maybe a bit too close to attractions, the noise at night coming from I guess Whetherspoons went on to the early hours.

Felt a bit of an inconvenience turning up to be honest. Sofa bed wasn't made up even though we'd booked for a family of 4. Bedsheets were stained and someone's dirty old plaster stuck to the sofa bed (was not comfortable at all). Think the worst bit was the constant smell of smoke, especially via the bathroom window, someone must have been smoking right beneath it.
