Basic breakfast...owner gave us breakfast the night before because we were leaving before the kitchen opened in the morning.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, cafe attached has a great view of Tricastella.
I don’t think they were necessarily ready at check out time and it was unclear where to go when given directions to the shared room.

There is nothing wrong with this Pension Garcia. It was my most reasonable accommodation, on the Camino - as I budgeted for single accommodation for the next 4-6 evenings. So, I may not complain. Only 7 people in a 20 bunker-bed room! Lovely and airy!
THE FLIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please, can a fly-catcher not be installed inside a room; plus possibly another type, outside!!
The flies were too terrible for words!!! Every where! I know it is a rural area with cows/dung etc; but fly-traps are NOT that expensive to maintain/change daily (if it is those sticky types to which the flies stick). PLEASE!!! One could not fall asleep, with flies buzzing around your face. ALSO NO sink for washing clothes!! People were FORCED to wash their clothes IN THE KITCHEN SINK! No!!! The washing lines were great.
