We rent a very comfortable and completely refurbished attic apartment overlooking the Schlossberg, the landmark of Graz. You live in the lively university district with its many restaurants, bars and shops and reach the old town in a few minutes on foot. You can safely leave the car in the garage.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people for a pleasant stay. If you want to cook yourself, you have a modern kitchen available. The sloping roof and the old wooden beams give additional charm.
The nearby city park invites you to a jogging session.

Det var vellykket ophold i center of Graz med god tilgængelighed til alle byens attraktioner inkl. restauranter, gammelby og supermarket. Ferieboligen var bekvem og lokaliseret på loftrum. Parkeringsplads var til rådighed på begge sidder af gaden, med vi brugte parkeringhus i nearheden. Kommunikation med ejeren via WhatsUp var problemfri. Jeg vil varmt anbefale lejligheden til alle, som vil gerne bo i byens centrum.

Die Wohnung im ausgebauten Dachstock (3. Stock ohne Lift) ist hell, geräumig und mit den Sichtbalken charmant. Mit zwei Zimmern ist die Wohnung für 1-2 Personen, auch Ehepaar mit Kind, geeignet. Bad und Küche bieten, was man braucht, auch der kleine Vorraum praktisch. Ein Pluspunkt ist der kleine Schreibtisch im grossen Schlafzimmer, wo man ruhig arbeiten kann, während im Wohnzimmer der TV läuft. Die Wohnung ist in Gehdistanz zur Universität, rundum hat es viele kleine Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber trotzdem ist es ruhig. Auch der Stadtpark , die Burg oder die Oper sind nicht weit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter sehr freundlich, danke!

Ware 2 wochen mit der famile (2 erw., 2 kind.) alles was man im urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Helle, schöne und ruhige wohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen (5-10 in der Altstadt und park.
Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und flexibel. Was vor ort ist, dass oft in ferienwohnungen fehlt.
Waschmaschine, Wlan, Herd, bügeleisen, wäschespinne usw. Lange rede, kurzer sinn,
