About this villa rental
This beautiful Villa has a fantastic location, conveniently connected to the center of town, main beach Spiaggia Grande and cozy beach of Fornillo.
The views are spectacular, ranging from Praiano all across Positano and Li Galli, former Nureyev island.
The property is accessed by a narrow staircase from the main road of 70 stairs (few under Positano standards).
On the ground level the entrance opens to the largest of the terraces in this Villa which overlooks the sea and is warmed by the sun all day. On this terrace there is a large outside tables and chairs.
On the far right end the terrace is covered with yet another table and chairs which give the chance to sit outside even if it’s drizzling.
A door leads you to a comfortable living area sectioned into three room divided by arches, with various sofas, a smart monitor (Netflix, Prime, etc) and a big window which frames the view as a painting. A fireplace can be found here as well.
Through the living room you walk into a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped, with a large table for 10 people, high ceilings with exposed wood, wood oven for pizza and charcoal grills.
On the back of the kitchen there is a storage room with washer and dryer.
On the ground level there is also a guest bathroom.
A lovely marble staircase brings you to the upper level.
All three bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated.
The first is the master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a small terrace.
Adjoining is another bedroom with queen size bed and a door opens to a large terrace with sun beds and a breath-taking view.
Next is a twin bedded room also opening onto the terrace. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with two sinks a tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The Villa is equipped with all comforts including smart monitor, wifi internet connection, Amazon Echo, ceiling fan in the living room, air conditioning in bedrooms, safe, dishwasher, oven, wood oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, covered parking for cars (to be paid at the arrival)

Our family had a wonderful time here. Matteo is a wonderful host, with a fantastic check in experience and very helpful and friendly if we had any questions while in Positano. The property was spacious and well maintained. A wonderful host and property.

Our family of 4 typically stays at VRBOs when when we travel, and our stay here was hands down one of the best experiences we have ever had. The villa and views were amazing, the location was perfect, and Matteo was always very prompt and helpful with all of our questions. He even accommodated an early check-in for us. We will be back for sure!

The villa was an awesome place to stay. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. It’s close to everything but in a quieter part of town. We wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful spot!

Amazing!! Matteo was very easy to communicate with prior to arrival. Helped with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Upon arrival, Matteo greeted us to show us around his beautiful villa. Gave us all the information we needed to start our experience. The bottle of champagne in the fridge was a nice touch :). Very spacious with lots of room to relax inside and out. The views from the balconies were absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. Very nice location for walking to good restaurants and town. Highly recommend La Vincenzos just down the road!! We ended up going to dinner there twice as the food and service was very good. Make a reservation!! I would suggest Mirage restaurant just for drinks - didnt love the food but the views, drinks and service were wonderful! Delicatessen to get groceries- it is a good bit of a walk so i suggest walk down, place your order and they will box it up and deliver for you - -a real life saver!!
