Excellent location. Great proximity to the tram. Quiet ! Immaculately clean. Secure parking. Well designed spacious rooms. A warm welcome from Lucy on reception who was very helpful. General Manager was kind and sourced Gluten Free products for breakfast. Rooms spacious and immaculately clean. Value for money. Highly recommend and we will return.

Very good reception staff, supporting and helpful, early check in offered. Great overnight hotel, good rooms, AC, very good breakfast offering and only a 5 min walk to Tram line A to get into the centre of Bordeaux in c35mins

The bed was comfortable

In the iphone map app the hotel is not under "Best Western" but "Hotel Gardenia Bordeaux Ouest." The address kept putting me in a neighborhood. Really inconvenient. Also, bathroom was handicap not requested, the shower had to be handheld, inconvenience. I put a do not distrub sign up and they knocked on the door waking me up.
