It was very cosy, really like a little studio apartment. I was happy to make use of the washing machine and microwave. I also liked that the toilet and shower areas are separate. Perfect for a single person.
Location is quiet and I almost didn’t see anyone else during my stay, as check in was also done digitally.
The place was small. For one pax, it was perfect; if the place were to be for two people I think it would be quite cramped.
Location wise, it was more than 10min walk with luggage from Sapporo Station. The quietude of the place is a plus but may be something to be mindful about for single travelers.

Check-in. It was one of the worst check-in process in my experience. The lobby had two kiosks for check-in. When I tried to check-in, two groups already occupied both kiosks and they are extremely slow to input information at kiosk. They kept working on check-in for long time. They took more than ten seconds to input every single characters and they were required to input too much information. I felt like I need to wait forever until they complete the check-in. The UX of the check-in kiosk is actually not super terrible for me but it requires a guest to input too many information and UI is not intuitive. It is a huge problem for old people input all required fields.
Definitely the hotel needs to improve the check-in process or create a by-pass process for savvy guests. I would not want to wait that long time anymore.
