Super nice for family

I came Japan with my family (4 people) and booked two double rooms in this apartment. Room was really perfect ! Space is enough for two people (not easy to take big room in Japan) / room is clean and everything is in the room (refrigerator / airconditioner / cups / plates / TV... etc) Of course, not super close to Sapporo station but walking 10 min. was not a big deal for my family. Super close to convenient store is much important for our family. Want to stay here again when I come to Sapporo in the future.

Not providing new towels / Cannot keep luggage for people leaving the apartment... However not a big deal for us.

Ok place. Automatic entry light needs a switch to turn it off because it was very annoying

Ok location. Place was quite clean and didn’t look too bad.

No aircon in the bedroom. It was really hot at night. We couldn’t leave the bedroom door open because the REALLY annoying entryway light was on a sensor and couldn’t be switched off. This meant with the bedroom door open if we moved the slightest bit an extremely bright and annoying light would shine in and wake us up. With the bedroom door closed it got really hot and stuffy in the bedroom. We slept horribly. It needs to be fixed!

Good to stay with family with reasonable rent.

The location was very convenient for a family to travel via train. The process to check in was pretty simple and time saving. The cleanliness of the rooms were good.

The accessories provided was of average quality. As well the like drinking water was provided for one night and the electric oven in the kitchen instead of gas oven

Convenient location (10-15 min walk to Sapporo subway station / Sapporo JR station) with convenience store nearby, cosy apartment with everything we need

Extremely good value for money!

Extremely good value for money for a place near central Sapporo! Place is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Facilities were excellent with a big space for cooking and all the necessary utensils provided. Check in was a breeze with the step by step guide provided.

It's a 10 mins walk from the nearest subway station. Depending on your destination, further walking may be required to get to the correct train line. This is a small issue though. It's perfect otherwise!

Lovely comfortable room within walking distance of train station and town centre.

Location was great for walking around many tourist spots. Room was lovely and warm.

Didn't see any staff but computer checkin worked very well.

Decent especially for the price.

They place was nice & clean & cosy! They provided soap, shampoo, cotton wool & all the other necessary essentials you would find in a hotel.

It got quite cold at night even with the heater & the toilet flush was not working for half the time we were there. Also, they are very strict & you can only check in after 3pm. The ice & snow that piled up at the entrance was also not cleared making it quite difficult to bring heavy luggages up!

Close to the Radio Tower, subway, and 15 minutes walk from Sapporo train station. Apartment was clean, spacious and on ground floor. Didn't see any staff, so all communication was via booking.com to the hosts. They were received in a timely manner, accessing them with available WiFi was troublesome. On the whole, we didn't want to leave once we got used to things.

The only stressful experience was checking in on the tablet inside a door. They require online check-in ahead of time, which I had completed, but requested it again when physically checking in. This included photos of face and passport and another of passport.

walking distance from the main station and most Sapporo sites , equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay if you wish to prepare your own meal. I’ll to stay next time too in this establishment.

Great property for a family or group travellers!

The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean and it's just 5 min walk to the Sapporo station. There is a car park opposite the property, but also several cheaper ones just 2 min walk. Family mart, some Japanese pubs and Family Mart is around the corner.

The cooker food is rather low and any tall person will bang their heads.

Awesome apartment just a few blocks from central station

Easy and quick self-check-in and self-check out. Nice, cozy apartment that makes a great home base for exploring Sapporo. Includes a kitchen (hot plate only; no stove top), microwave, refrigerator with freezer, laundry, tv, sofa and a full-length mirror.

The shower room and toilet room are separate, which is common in Japanese apartments and kinda convenient. However, the toilet room is very, very small. For example, it's awkward to sit and read your phone because there's not enough room in front of the toilet. Also, there is no counter by the sink so you have to be creative to find a place for your toiletries.
