House was perfect for a group! We all had our own space but could coordinate together for movies, pool time, and meals. The perfect spot for a large group!

Terrible company to rent from , from the booking process to all the issues with the house . We arrived at the house and had a handful of issues . We had no hot water for 3 days and nobody would respond to the messages or pick up the phone . You can’t get ahold of the property manager over the phone . Terrible company I don’t know how Vrbo even allows them to list on there website.

Nice house. Good beds. Good seating for tv. Common area pool was great. Highway access to Disney was very easy. Good grocery and chain dining near. House needs a lot of simple maintenance such as tightening faucet handles and towel racks. The house pool was nice. Parking for 3 cars max. Cookware was minimal and way too small for a family. They provide soap and shampoo that lasts one day. When we had problems the call in number didn’t respond ever.

Orlando Stay
Always nervous when opening the door to a listing and hoping the pictures match whats shown on the site, but for this property everything was 100% what was advertised. Check in was simple and ready even before scheduled check in time. Property was cleaned very well before we arrived and the stay was very enjoyable. Really nice community pool and small water park for kids. Close to major stores/supermarkets. Great stay!

Loved it. Plenty of space. Wish I paid to heat the pool. It was to cold for us adults. The kids still got in. (We went in April and a big storm came thru the week before so the weather was on the cool side) my fault not thinking about it. Close to all parks and plenty of stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again

Our stay was wonderful the house looked just like the pictures. The only small thing was that we all couldn’t take showers at the same time.. the water never went cold but it was lukewarm by the time the 9th person took their shower. Other than that we had no issues everything was clean and beds were comfortable we would definitely would stay here again.

The home was as pictured! Beautiful, new, and spacious. There was good parking and it was walking distance to the neighborhood water park, which was wonderful! Unfortunately, half the beds were very uncomfortable, all the pillows were flat, there were no extra blankets, the towels were like sand paper, the toilet paper provided was 1-ply, the streaming only worked on 2 tvs, and the kitchen frying pans were old and warped. I booked months in advance, but didn't get the door code within 24hrs of arrival so I tried calling. Texting was the only option. They finally found my reservation and sent me the info. When we arrived the BBQ was locked up and the pool wasn't heated per my request on the required documents I had to send in. So I texted again. We got the BBQ unlocked after approving them again to charge my card. Then i texted another time regarding the thermostat and never got a response from them. After I returned home I was sent this request to provide a review. Before doing so I wanted to make some suggestions directly, but they weren't intetested. So I'm providing an honest review. Although we enjoyed our 3 night vacation with each other, we wouldn't stay here again due to the property management company.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would - and it pains me to give less than a 5, but for the price of the unit, there are two things that I believe fell short on. 1) We paid the extra free to have Bar BQ and did our grocery shop when we arrived thinking we'd have a working Bar BQ. Unfortunately the Bar BQ was not in working condition. This is great from the cleanliness perspective, but there are absolutely nothing extra in the kitchen (like salt, sugar, spices) etc. This added a whole new layer to our shopping list that we didn't anticipate. Just little things like a broom, or J Cloth or sponge would've gone a long way...but there was nada! That was it....those are the most constructive things I could come up with! The pool was warm (too warm), but it's what you pay for with the added heat option. The house was absolutely stunning - the décor in the rooms were a huge hit for the kids and the place was spotless. The upstairs games room was nice touch. Storey Lake Resort was a ton of fun - we enjoyed the amenities, splash pad, fitness centre and pool. The location was fantastic - super close to anything you need. I would definitely recommend this unit & resort for anyone looking for an experience off the Disney resort. We had a blast and made some life long memories!

Incredible week, loved the place!
