This really nice, family run accommodation has a great location, great hosts and staff - very prompt answers, friendly, helpful.
Everything looks exactly like shown on the photos:
Room and bathroom was nice and well-kept; room had a comfortable mattress and was well equipped with all amenities needed: safe, watercooker, fridge and tea/coffee, towels, air-con, enough plugs, bed light. The kitchenette itself was also equipped with enough dishes, pots and cutlery; everything was explicitly clean. Pool and pool area is superbly looked after, the restaurant serves great food and drinks with good prices. Breakfast buffet was adequate.
No mold, no bad smells nowhere.
All shops, ATM and Cafés/restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walking distance.
We stayed here 4 nights and could have stayed even longer - we really enjoyed our stay there.

Everyting was good: the AC worked well on extremely hot days, the pool was clean an warm, plenty of sunbeds. Rooms on second floor had sea and even sunset view. Nice balconies. Clean. Walk to the see about 15min, 3 min by car. Plenty if restaurants and good beach. Very helpful hosts. Home made breakfast buffet incl. hot dishes: eggs, pancaces, bacon, different greek buns. Small choise but tasty and constantly filled in. Pool bar also serves food. Convenient and covered parking. Rooms were cleaned. And they take care if 5 cats :) Very convenient to sights of the North: porto Timoni, White clifs, Palaiokastritsa, Drastis, Kanali Erota, Sidari.

Clean, spacious resort with bar near the pool, own restaurant. The owners are very nice and hospitable.
For us having mosquito nets over the windows and doors of the apartment would have been highly appreciated.

The staff was kind and polite. Location is amazing (check out Nardi's market), close to the beach.
We were given towels for the beach free of charge since we forgot ours.
Rooms are spacious, kitchen has all the necessary equipment.
Balconies are nice, good view.
Breakfast was decent.
In the bottom bathroom the flush didn't work on toilet and it didn't have any soap. In the upstairs bathroom the window wouldn't open, we ran out of soap, shower is old and messy.
Sofas were old and half broken.
You can hear everything from the outside, it isn't soundproof.
No anti-insect net on the glass doors/windows (we had ants, mosquitos and cockroaches in the apartment).
Pool was not very clean and left paint on your feet.
AC was unpredictable, from time to time it would blast off cold air and that woke us up in the night and was in need of adjustment; basically we needed to manually open/close the AC because there is no remote for it.
