Nearby parking lot, open sea view as soon as you hit the street, nearby grocery shops and small restaurants.
Wasn't able to control the AC airflow. I was freezing under the heavy airflow that was hitting my bed.
Access to the balcony is difficult, as the door was broken and hard to open.
Bad back view.
