We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was super spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. Having a small fridge and an electric kettle in the room was a great touch.
Breakfast was delicious, with more than enough options to start the day.
The staff was friendly and polite. Not everyone spoke fluent English, which led to a minor misunderstanding with our dinner at the restaurant, but it was handled fine and resolved well enough.
I was also clumsy enough to break a glass during breakfast, and the team cleaned it up very quickly and professionally, much appreciated!
We did encounter a few hiccups. There was no hot water when we tried to shower in the morning. I reported it to the reception, but due to a language barrier with the staff member on duty, it couldn't be resolved in time. That said, a cold shower certainly wakes you up in the morning if we weren’t awake already, we definitely were after that.
The great breakfast made up for a lot.
Parking on the private hotel lot can also be a bit of a challenge. It's quite limited, and a tour bus was parked across eight spaces, so we had to drive in circles for a bit until a spot opened up.
Despite these small issues, the overall comfort and luxury for this price make it a great deal.
We would definitely stay here again!
