Nestled in Grainau, this lovely condo for $88 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy your holiday in the beautiful mountains of the Bavarian Alps, which is just as inviting in summer and in winter. Discover the wealth of hiking in unspoilt nature right at the foot of the Zugspitze. lnsgesamt more than 100 km of hiking trails with light, medium and demanding tours to choose from. 60 km of trails are cleared and gritted in winter. So walking in and around Grainau is open all year without any problems. Absolute relaxation, enjoy hiking in Huber Park, which starts right at our apartment. An extensive cross-country trail network in the village can be reached quickly and easily from our apartment. You also have two ski resorts on the doorstep: the Zugspitze and the classic ski area in Garmisch-Partenkirchen - Kreueck- and Osterfelder web or Hausbergbahn. Both ski areas can be reached from our apartment in 10 minutes by car. For mountain bikers and cyclists are offering alpine trails or paved bike trails with small slope at around the Wettersteingebirge. Our apartment on the ground floor with garden ideal for children to play and romp around and invites you to relax and unwind or after an eventful day in the mountains for a barbecue on the terrace. You can reach Untergrainau (center) from our apartment is a 15-minute walk through a meadow land, which leads to a small brook, or by car in 2 minutes. From the living room of our apartment looks out the green oasis of the "Huber Park" below the Waxensteine, on the north side one can enjoy the view of the Kramer Mountains. Right on - and around - our apartment are numerous hiking paths, an ideal starting point for hikers, mountain bikers, skiers and skiers. "- Height panoramic trail" Across the street from the apartment of Graniauer begins. From here you can walk with moderate climbs up to the Eibsee, on to the Badersee, Grainau and back to the apartment. Likewise, you come in a few minutes in the "Kramer" area. This almost walk way leads towards Garmisch to Pflegersee (Kramerplateau-way). These are just 2 of the many trails Directions emanating from our apartment. A bus stop is located about 200 meters from the house in all directions, the Untergrainau train station is nearby. A shopping center is located in the industrial park (entrance to Untergrainau). In a discount store market or a supermarket next door exclusive and a beverage market gives you everything you need for your daily needs. In 2 minutes by car towards Garmisch or easily accessible by bus (1 stop). The bus stop is located directly at the shopping center. A restaurant can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment on foot, in the center of Grainau They have a wide range of culinary restaurants and find all the other shops such as bakers, butchers, hairdressers and many shops. The center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is 10 minutes away by car, and the endless recreational activities throughout the region.

We were pleasantly surprised that this place was even nicer than the photos. It was very well equipped with little extras and all you would need. A lovely private backyard space for your morning coffee or evening meal. Spacious, very clean, close to many hikes and places to see. The check in process was easy and communication always very friendly.

Wohnung war sehr sauber . Alles vorhanden was man im Haushalt benötigt von Kaffee Pads bis Toilettenpapier vor allem genug Handtücher . Informationen über Wandertouren . Vermieterin war sehr nett .

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, top ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Alles super sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Schöne Lage, 15 Min bis Grainau zu Fuss über herrliche Wege. Grainau ist sehr schön, wenn man es nicht so rummelig möchte.
Tolle Terasse in sonniger Lage, schöne Terassenmöbel inkl. Grill.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung
Wir haben insgesamt 2 Wochen zu dritt (Kind 7 J.) verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete FeWo gehabt. Es fehlte wirklich nichts! Auch speziell die besonderen Regeln in Bezug auf Corona waren sehr gut umgesetzt. Es gab ausreichend Platz für uns. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super.
Was leider nicht ganz so positiv war hat mit der FeWo selbst nicht wirklich etwas zu tun. Aufgrund der sehr vielen Urlauber, die aktuell dort in der Gegend sind, war die Straße direkt vor dem Haus sehr stark befahren, so dass zu Stoßzeiten viel Autolärm zu hören war. Aber nur auf der Terrasse und nicht in der Wohnung selbst.
Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder diese FeWo buchen.

Erholsame Tage in Grainau
Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was es für einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub braucht: angenehme Größe, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten (!), komfortables Bad mit einer mehr als ausreichenden Anzahl an Handtüchern und eine schöne Terrasse. Betonen möchte ich besonders die Sauberkeit der Wohnung: Desinfektionsmittel etc. wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem ist Frau Scheck eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Gut gelegene FeWo
Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Einziges Manko war die viel befahrene Straße direkt neben dem Haus, wodurch es im Garten recht laut war. Insgesamt war aber alles top und man erreicht von der Wohnung aus alles sehr schnell.

Tolle komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in einem sehr ruhigem Haus. Schönes geräumiges Wohn-esszimmer,Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung,Badewanne, begehbare große Dusche mit Regendusche und reichlich flauschigen Handtüchern. Terasse mit Gartennutzung und Grill einschl. Zubehör. Reichlich Informations und Kartenmaterial für die Urlausplanung vorhanden. Desinfektionsmittel und Mund-Nasen Masken werden ebenfalls gestellt. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Eigentümerin, die sehr an dem Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen beim nächsten Urlaub im Zugspitzland gerne wieder.

Erholsame Tage in Grainau
Frau Scheck hat uns im Vorfeld, bedingt durch die Einschränkungen, gut informiert. Bei Anreise haben wir auch gleich persönlichen Kontakt gehabt - sehr nette Gastgeberin.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ein bisschen vom Ort Grainau entfernt, hat aber den Vorteil der sehr guten Anbindung an den Nahverkehr (Bus, Bahn). Unschlagbar der Blick auf die Bergspitzen und den Huberpark.
Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist modern und für uns zwei perfekt gewesen. Ein Dankeschön an die Familie Scheck:-)

Absolutely fabulously well equipped home-from-home
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the shear amount of creature comforts this apartment came with. As we had flown with a restricted amount of luggage for our winter holiday it was worth it’s weight in gold to have amenities like coffee, spices etc and all the necessary cleaning products. The apartment came well equipped with fresh towels, blankets and was wonderfully furnished, just as the pictures indicate. We had a very relaxing stay and made the most of the beautiful surroundings and stunning scenery. Will look forward to visiting again in the future.

schöne Ferienwohnung an der Zugspitze
Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in Grainau. Frau Scheck war sehr sehr nett und hat sich sehr bemüht, dass man sich in der Wohnung wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns als kleine Familie ideal. Von der Ferienwohnung war man schnell im Zentrum, durch die Grainau-Card konnten wir mit dem Bus , welcher nur 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung abfuhr, nach Garmisch oder hoch zum Eibsee fahren.Auch mit dem Rad konnte man alles schnell erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen und danken Familie Scheck für einen reibungslosen herzlichen Empfang in Ihrer Ferienwohnung.

Super Urlaub und gut erholt
Kann meinen Voreinträgen nichts hinzu fügen. War alles toll. Nur ein Hinweis: Das günstigere Garmisch Classic Ticket womit man mehrere Bahnen nutzen kann, kann man nicht auf den kleinen Zugspitzbahnhöfen erwerben. Das geht scheinbar nur am Bahnhof in Garmisch.

nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für die wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Zeit in Ihrer herrlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist allerbestens sortiert und es stehen Kaffeepads und Teebeutel in großer Auswahl zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist tiptop sogar mit Badewanne. Auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist äußerst bequem und was allem das Sahnehäubchen aufgesetzt hat war Ihre Hilfestellung bei der Anreise aufgrund meines vermissten Mobiltelefons.

Familienurlaub im Zugspitzland
Wir haben eine tolle Woche gehabt. Unser Sohn 9 Jahre war sehr begeistert vom Park hinter dem Haus. Er konnte an dem Bach spielen, Fische beobachten und und und. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe, Partnachklamm, Höllentalklamm(vor mai/Juni ist aber gesperrt), Zugspitze, EIbsee, Rodelbahnen, Alpspitze und und und :) es wird nicht langweilig. Wohnung hat alles was man brauch es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett, war ein toller Kontakt wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Allen weiteren Gästen wünschen wir auch so einen tollen Aufenthalt ;) Lg Familie Kurz

Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, es hat an Nichts gefehlt, wir waren noch nie in einer Wohnung wo einfach alles vorhanden war, z. B. Kaffeepads, Geschirr für 12 Personen. Die Wohnung war auch blitzeblank! Lob an die Vermieter👍🏼
