It was comfortable in general except for the bathroom.
The shower was ok but the curtains didn’t prevent the room to get all wet. And it was necessary to dry the floor each time. The rest was very good.
Prices in general are too high in Hvar for what is being offered. But that’s general.

Clean room, same as in the photos. Good and fast communication with the caring host. Good price/vaule ratio. I gladly recommend Apadtment Miletic for couples (or for families if you previously discuss the amount of people).
The booking.com webpage has let me book the one (double)bed apartment for 4 people. I entered my children's ages, so for me, it seemed that there was no difference if I booked for only two adults or for two adults with two children (ages 3 and 7). I was happy that the price was the same for two and for four people, so (as far as I know) I booked (for four) and paid. The host was surprised that four guests had arrived. I think this was the issue with Booking.com's system.
Regarding the apartment, the only disadvantage was the post-smoker smell: I think the previous guests may have smoked indoors. It looks like in Croatia, smoking is so frequent that non-smokers are not protected, so I consider this an uncomfortable issue but independent of the host.

New equipment, appartment had everything we needed, great shady terrace makes up for the minuses. Host was kind and gave us a bottle of prosek (sweet wine). Plenty of bath towells, we got fresh ones when requested.
Newly nicely furnished apartment, but shower in bathroom leaking, no AC, so it was very hot during the night, often strong smell of oil/gasoline coming out of ventilation in bathroom, kitchen and through small window in the living room. Wasn't cleaned thoroughly.
