Beautiful little holiday house!

A beautiful place to stay, close to town and the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities for a family weekend away. The outdoor deck and grassed area were lovely for relaxing outside. We would definitely stay again!

There was nothing we didn't like. It was great!

Superb

It’s very comfortable house for short stay and the room is clean and tidy.great location to visit Venus bay and the beach.

I found some large spiders around the fenxe which looks a bit scary

We will stay again some time.

It was immaculately clean, and the decor was modern, inspirational and calming. Although the cottage was in a normal residential street, the surroundings were peaceful.

A mirror in the main bedroom would have been useful.

Extremely well maintained / clean home in a good location. Just the right size for a family of 4.

The house was clean and neat which for me is the #1 most important factor in booking a stay, next to location and price. Not an overly big house but it was perfect for a family of 4. The deck was lovely and big, a great place to relax and the yard was just big enough to play volleyball or soccer. Parking off the street is always great and the surrounding area is quiet, its nice to wake up to the birds. Board games and sporting equipment on site is a nice touch. The walk to the main shops is around 5-7 minutes and the beach is around 10 minutes.

I think the TV's could do with an upgrade along with Wi-Fi access. After a long day out and about, its nice to kick back and watch a movie on a streaming service which most people already have, just need the means to access it.

We really enjoyed staying at Sea-Esta- it was comfortable and convenient to the town and beach.

it was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. the beds were very comfortable. the deck was lovely, adding an extra ‘room’ to the house. it is within easy walking distance to the town centre, and also to the beach.

there were no screen doors, which would have been useful, so we could leave doors open and prevent flies etc from coming in. we only found the games and dvds as we were leaving, so would have been good to point these out more overtly.

Great little place!

We loved our stay at this property.There was everything you needed at this place,the owners really have thought of everything .It had a cute little yard and garden and was a nice easy stroll into the the town centre.We found it such a peaceful place,the only noise you heard was the birds.Our boys loved the bunk beds and the the complimentary chips/lollies,thanks so much.

We visited Inverloch during the school term break - last week. It is one of the best places in Victoria to visit for a family getaway. It was on short planning that we decided to go and thus, was not sure if the place we had booked was the best for the family. The pics and reviews were great, and hence, we booked. I am a cleanliness freak - partially - it is a behavior issue :) at the same time, my son and I are dust allergic. The house was super clean and welcoming. The house with a Hampton-style decor had everything you want on holidays - proximity to the city center, restaurants, walkable distance to the beach, great neighborhood, and a pantry that has everything you would have forgotten to pack. Michelle had a surprise treat for us, which was so kind. Overall, we had a wonderful two-night stay at the Sea-Esta @ Inverloch. Thank you, Michelle.

Peaceful weekend away with a host that really cares about your stay . Fantastic little getaway!

The property was set up well with everything we needed and extras that other properties don't have. It was very clean. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and very accommodating for our stay. The goodies that were left were a great little surprise. I would highly recommend this property to family, friends and anyone who is thinking about staying in Inverloch.It is private, quiet and peaceful. Thankyou Michelle We will definitely return and have already recommended your property to family & friends

Family friendly

Great for families with little kids - uncluttered, clean, comfortable, lots of outdoor space. It was ideal for us with 2 kids under 3. I'd definitely recommend to anyone staying with kids. It's affordable and well located. The kitchen is well stocked for home meal prep and they even provided a high chair which was fantastic.

Lovely residence, owners great to deal with.

While it is a smaller property, there is a lot of thought put into the use of space and we felt very comfortable and uncrowded in this gorgeous residence.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer but will be sure to next time!
