Beautiful views from our balconies! Very nicely decorated, the whole hotel has a boutique-feel.
We opted for half-board with dinner at the in-house restaurant and it was fantastic! Breakfast was a bit small, but that is usual in italy.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The shower had 2 shower heads and one wasn‘t working properly, but that wasn‘t such a problem.

Location and the building
The Italian receptionist was not so gentle in a couple of cases.
We were 3 of us and I find only 2 set of towel in the room; I asked to get the day after an extra set for f towels that never was set up in 3 nights of stay.
In the web site is not clear at all that kids are not allowed to use the pool. And the receptionist wasn’t kind in explaining this rule.
Breakfast quality and options not at the level expected for the hotel

Negative
A) Breakfast was very unimaginative; no variety whatsoever, no hot food served. One got the impression on day 2/3 that it was in great part reproduced from the fridge from the previous day. Disappointing—not four star standard.
B)The reception was very often without a receptionist; had to look for one on several occasions.
C) A glass of wine (same) varied by measurement and price (approx. 1 euro 50 cents more expensive) depending on receptionist.
D) Room not properly cleaned/very minimal on soap
E) Room facing street; very loud.
F) As a guest, no access to Wellness Area without a fee—outrageously unacceptable for a Four Star Hotel.
