An exceptional property with a wonderful host, Paul and his super sidekick Voltaire. The onsite resteraunt was very good and we ate delicious food in the wonderful courtyard. Breakfast was delicious and served on the lovely front terrace. Our room was a delight, the bed was comfortable and loved the slipper bath. If you love genuine history and beautiful antiques you will love this chateau.
Bit of a pong from a mostly dry moat but added to the historic atmosphere. Otherwise loved everything
