Located in Alaçatı, this attractive villa for $1,718 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy the beautiful life in one of the most spacious & exclusive properties of Alaçatı. Our villa is an oasis of nature in the city of Alaçatı, only one minute (800m) away from the famous pedestrian zone — and yet very private & quiet! Our villa offers: • 7 bedrooms, • 4 bathrooms, • 1 living room, • 1 kitchen (fully-equipped), • 1 dining area, • Balconies & terraces (including a large roof top terrace), • huge walled garden/property (incl. free parking lots), • your own private pool The entire villa (including the pool) will only be occupied and used privately by you, so you won't meet any other guests during your stay. ++++++ NEW FEATURES since the 2020 season: • Large roof-top terrace (roof terrace) on the 2nd floor with a unique view over Alaçatı • A new, fully renovated kitchen (fully equipped) with washer dryer (= washing machine + dryer) • The bedrooms are now air-conditioned • The living room now offers new furniture and a 65 “SmartTV with satellite TV and apps such as Netflix ++++++ ______________________ DETAILS ON THE 7 BEDROOMS AND 4 BATHROOMS: • MASTER SUITE: Large air-conditioned bedroom on the 1st floor for 2 people with its own fully equipped bathroom and large private balcony, • JUNIOR SUITE: Medium-sized air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor for 2 people with its own fully equipped bathroom (with walk-in shower) and terrace in front of the glass front, • BEDROOM #3 AND #4: 2 small air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor for 2 people each with access to a fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor. • BEDROOM #5, #6 AND #7: 3 small air-conditioned bedrooms on the 1st floor for 2 people each with access to a fully equipped bathroom on the 1st floor. Two of the three share a small balcony. ______________________ FURTHER LIVING AND OUTDOOR AREAS: • A spacious living room on the ground floor with a fireplace and a 65 “SmartTV with satellite TV and apps such as Netflix, Youtube, .... • Dining area on the ground floor • The large terrace on the ground floor with a view of the pool offers additional dining and seating areas and has an outside fireplace, • In the basement / cellar there is also a laundry room, • Our large garden with two areas: The first is mainly characterized by the pool, palm trees and fruit trees. But there you can also use a table tennis table. In the second garden area you can use a grill oven and you will find a small rose garden. ______________________ FURTHER INFO: • Our kitchen has all the necessary equipment, small kitchen appliances, more than enough pots and pans, a coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, stove, oven and more. To make life even easier, the washing machine in the kitchen also offers a cloth dryer function. • Your beds will be freshly made for you before your arrival and you will find more than enough towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. in all bathrooms for you. • We also offer pretty fast free internet over wifi which has a good signal all over the property. • If you have any questions: You can always reach us by phone or via app.

Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen
Wer auf Qualität und Privatsphäre sehr viel Wert legt ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa befindet sich auf ein ca. 6000 qm großes Grundstück und ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Auch für größere Familien geignet. Würde sofort wieder buchen und auch jeden weiterempfehlen.
