Le jardin est vraiment très beau et apaisant avec la petite musique d’ambiance.
Proche du centre.
Personnel souriant.
Kahvalti bon même si on n’a pas de choix sur le contenu.
Très très grosse déception lors du check out.
Le café du petit déjeuner était facturé en supplément alors que cela n’a jamais été précisé à aucun moment. Et à un prix de 250TL soit près de 5€ le café ! Je voyage énormément et je n’ai jamais vu ça nulle part.
Le wifi était mauvais dans la chambre.
La chambre que nous avions au rdc était mal insonorisée, ce qui fait que nous entendions beaucoup de bruit le matin, les gens qui parlaient fort, le chien de la chambre d’en face qui ne faisait qu’aboyer.

Hotel was lovely, not busy, staff were all great - friendly and casual whilst at the same time professional. Very tranquil despite being near a major road. Breakfast was awesome. I was never able to eat it all.
Not having a kettle in my room, though the staff provided me with boiling water when I needed it. Breakfast ate 9.00 was a couple of hours too late for me, plus you have to pay extra for a coffee whereas team was included. I'm a coffee drinker..

The breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety. Garden and the pool area is also beautiful.
The room was very dirty. There were a lot of dust and rubbish under the bed and wardrobe. I complained to staff about it and gave time for a clean up however it was again very roughly cleaned and the dust and rubbish were still there. Moreover, the room had damaged decoration items. However, they were helpful when i asked to cancel the 2nd night due to the dirty room.
