Perfect base for exploring north Norfolk. Easy to find, great communication from the owners (they quickly sorted an issue with the boiler) gorgeous beach on the doorstep.
Tv didn’t work brilliantly ( maybe a signal issue) but wasn’t really an issue as we were out for the most part.

Homely caravan with everything you needed. Very clean.
Sofa very uncomfortable to sit on, double bed had a dip in it so again not very comfortable. Think anybody over 5ft 8 would struggle in shower.

The Area...and the caravan.had everything we needed...we are just jealous we couldn't afford one ourselves so this is the next best thing
If we say anything its just as always anywhere we go the bed...but that's because we have a super king at home otherwise that's it
