It was very easy to deal with Kim and all instructions were simple to follow. The wifi worked well. The parking out back is free and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s a good apartment for a family with young children, they would enjoy the attic bedrooms.
The apartment was clean but with all the wood the dust in the apartment was not great for my allergies. We also found the bathrooms to be impractical especially in the main bedroom where the door is see through glass so lacks privacy.

Nice 3 bedroom in Verbie with a view.
Everything was clean and kitchen was well equipped.
Next to COOP, mini golf and within walking distance to cable cars station.
Kids loved the attic rooms.
Would definitely stay there again.
