location was great and close to restaurants and shopping also to the beach
for a property advertised as elite and high end it was quite disappointing, too many of the facilities were “decommissioned and not useable” too many to list.
The place is tired and needs money spent on it to bring it up to the price tag it has.
cheap coffee maker replaces the higher end one, wine fridge not operational, spa decommissioned after deposit paid, surround sound system turned off apparently because of neighbours, spa upstairs in main bathroom decommissioned, credit to the staff who supplied a sound bar to play music.

The view of the canal was amazing, the spa was used quite a lot and the home theatre was great for the families to sit back, relax and watch a movie. Plenty of fridge space, appliances, cutlery, plates and glasses available to use. Enough towels available for all guests.
Towel hooks would have been really good if available. Peg basket is a little worn and and pegs available to use were crumbling. Some mould found in one of the freezers could be cleaned. Only minor things however, these would have been useful to us if they were available during our stay.
