There is a $12.00 fee per additional guest per night. Fee does not apply for Infants 12 months old or younger at time of visit, do not list in the guest count just indicate in your email. B. if you check-in with more guests than what is on your reservation and the total number of guests does not exceed 10, you will be charged an extra fee of $100 per person per night. If you check-in with more than 10, your reservation will be terminated and we will keep the total cost of the reservation. Maximum occupancy per reservation is always 10 guests. C. Once you check-in, you will not be able to add/invite more guests for the duration of your stay. If these terms are violated, we will terminate your reservation and keep your security deposit. -we do not provide housekeeping services.
