The apartment is clean and warm even during those cold nights when they haven't yet turned the central heating. I liked the bed, even though it was pretty hard. There are stores nearby and you can buy food until midnight.
The owner offers cleaning on a weekly basis, the apartment was cleaned spotless.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. The lighting in the stairwell doesn't work, and the owner didn't resolve the issue even though we asked her to. You must have a flashlight when taking the stairs down after dark, otherwise you can't see anything and you can break your neck.
The apartment is clean, but old, a few things need to be fixed, the pot and the pan saw better times, so you better get your own if you're planning to cook
The microwave is set so high on a shelf that a short person will never be able to use it. It is really hard to get hot food out from that height. The owner didn't pay much attention to our concern. The microwave is old, although it does work.
The owner says that she doesnt need to register guests at the police, which is, by law, her responsibility, so maybe Booking.com needs to get on that.

Попали в жаркий день. Кондиционер в квартире есть, но его нужно дозаправлять или менять, не охлождает от слова вообще. Смеситель в ванной бежит ручьём, переключение на режим душа не работает!!
