A very quiet, peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for a family holiday. The house is cosy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The beach is about 5 minutes away by car or just a 3-minute walk. The sand is fine, the water is very shallow, and it is an excellent place for young children.
The owner is incredibly welcoming, kind and friendly. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. It is clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have a wonderful stay.
The garden is lovely, with lots of greenery, a swimming pool and plenty of space for the children to play. They can enjoy themselves safely while the parents relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The only downside is that the tavernas and shops are around 20 minutes away by car, but this was not a major issue for us, as the peace and tranquillity of the location more than make up for it.
I highly recommend this place to families with children and to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away from the noise and crowds. We had a wonderful time and were very happy with our stay.

An ensemble of several houses with a shared swimming pool surrounded by pine trees. A 5-6 min walk to the nearest beach, 3 min by car to Simantro beach. The house is Excellent, kitchen is well equipped, two porches and a big green yard. Veri calm place. Good restaurants at Nea Fokea - 20 min by car.

It’s a lovely vacation house in the beautiful forest , close to a wild beach ( walking distance) and an organised beach ( accessible by car). Beaches are very nice and suitable for kids. The property is very well taken care of , impeccably clean, and has everything you need. It’s a home not just a vacation rental. The pool as well is clean and big enough , suitable for children and adults . There are 3 houses sharing the pool but it was never crowded and there is all the privacy you need.. There were no mosquitoes, and if there were there are window nets and also other devices. The owner is kind, helpful, easily reachable and his hospitality is genuine. We had a very good communication with him and his family and we’d like to thank him for a truly great stay. I’d rather stay at Nirvana than at Sani resort anytime.
These are not things we didn’t like only things to consider . It was not an issue for us but one thing that needs to be paid attention to is that there are stairs to reach out the secondary bedrooms ( mezzanine and semi-basement ) so might not be suitable for people with accessibility issues. Also be prepared to travel by car to the nearest shop and restaurant but this is a right price to pay for being in the middle of the nature and we knew it before. And the little shop on the way to the highway has the best fruits and vegetables we ever ate. They also make good coffee. Electricity might be down at times in the area but it is quickly solved. Also firemen are nearby keeping an eye on the forest, we felt very safe all the time.
