Neatness and cooperative excellent location just 5 minutes away from Haram by car
Initially I have stayed in your hotel for 2 days and extended my stay for 3rd day, on Third day of my stay neither I was provided with tea bags, facial/Toilet tissues and nor with especially water bottles
So next time kindly check up daily with customer for their basic needs
Overall my experience in your hotel is wonderful and I’m happy to stay in future too
The above mentioned is not complaint
However Just a feedback to avoid such negligence and improve the quality and maintain the same conduct, amenity,kindness and assistance services even on 3rd day or no matter how many days we stay at your hotel

الحمدلله الفندق مميز جداً ونظيف وهادئ المصاعد غير مزدحمة وتوجد محلات بالقرب منه ويوجد موقف حافلات مكة أمامه بالضبط ويبعد عن محبس الجن خمس دقائق مشي أمامه المسجد القطري التاكسي للحرم 5 ريال للشخص الواحد… انا اتعجب كيف الفندق نجمة واحدة ؟؟؟ المفروض خمس نجوم وبجدارة … الچيك ان عند الوصول مباشرة الساعة 11 ونص صباحا بالتأكيد سيكون الفندق الدائمي لي في كل عمرة إن شاءالله
