Located in Ocean Grove, this attractive condo for $291 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 3 Short Blocks to Beach entrance!! On 2nd Floor Near Beach, Playground, and Tennis Court. Large private second-floor deck has Ocean and Lake views. GREAT LOCATION the corner of 2 wide streets! One short block to new fenced-in playground, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts -- all next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. 3 Short Blocks to beach entrance. Short walk to bus. Short drive to train. I want my guests to have a great stay, but if you are looking for a wild crazy time, this is not the house for you – and probably not the town for you. Guests need to be respectful of neighbors and the property and not be loud or rowdy. No drugs, drunkenness, or under-age drinking. No Smoking (anything) or vaping in the apartment OR on the deck. Bedroom #1: Queen bed has comfortable memory foam mattress. Bedroom #2 has a twin over fulll bunkbed. Living room has a full size futon, small table, vintage hutch with drawers and dropleaf desk, 2 chairs and a Roku TV. Folding snack tables in closet. Chair for dropleaf desk is in loft bedroom. Guests may need to sign township inspection form as inspection Fully Equipped Kitchen has small table with 4 bar stool chairs, but you'll want to enjoy most of your meals on the spacious deck with great ocean and lake views! Outdoor dining seating for 7. Full Bathroom. Showerhead with hand-held option. (Please note that some guests might find the access to the bathroom sink is a bit tight.) Hallway runs the length of the apartment. Laundry room at end of hallway has small front-load combo washer-dryer. SECURED HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION. HD RokuTV in living room. Air Conditioning in bedrooms and living room. Summer amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. A variety of books, games, and DVD's and videos (for both children and adults) are provided; Many more available upon request. Well-behaved small to medium size dog generally allowed. $100 per stay up to one month - to be added to rental quote or deducted from damage deposit. Must not cause a disturbance to neighbors. Non-aggressive breeds and temperaments only. MUST BE APPROVED in advance in writing by owner. Please note: The apartment can only be accessed by a rather steep flight of stairs on the outside of the house. (There is also a back flight of stairs for emergency exit.) The open treds on main stairs scare some dogs. All rooms are on the smaller side, as per photos. A bedroom from another apartment overlooks the private deck. Guests there generally keep the blinds drawn for privacy. Guest may need to sign form for township inspection.

Wonderful clean 2nd story apartment in Ocean Grove with beautiful large deck. Great kitchen. Lynn was available if anything was needed -- which it wasn't -- because everything was just perfect. Would stay here again!

My partner and our two friends rented the 2nd floor 2bdr apartment over 4th of July weekend. We arrived at the check in time and Lynn (owner) was just finishing some last minute cleaning. Since we were a little paranoid about staying in someone's apartment during the whole COVID-19 situation, we brought our own Lysol, wipes and linens and did an additional clean before bringing our stuff in. However, the unit was very clean to begin with and included all of the essentials for those who are less worried. The unit itself was small, but the perfect size for 4 adults. The absolute selling point was the outdoor covered deck, which we spent almost the entire weekend enjoying. The deck was very spacious and had two tables which were perfect for cocktails and dinner. It also had a great ocean breeze which kept it cool during the summer heat. We had to call Lynn during our stay to help fix one of the bedroom doors which was stuck, but she responded very quickly and had it fixed while we stepped out for a walk. Ocean Grove Beach and boardwalk is only 3 blocks away, and we were able to walk up to the Asbury Park boardwalk within 20 minutes. Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment and would definitely stay again. Lynn was a a great host and made us feel welcome.

This rental is so quaint! We stayed here with our 2 kids for a weekend for a wedding. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to all questions or needs we had. I will caution that if you have trouble with stairs, you may not want to stay here - a long set of steep stairs to get to the unit. Other than that this is a cute rental with a ton of local charm!

Conveniently located apartment within blocks of beach and town. Homeowner lives on site and is available and friendly. Apartment itself is not newly renovated and furnishings/bedding could use an update. Clean and adequate. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
