Clean, well located, nice staff, good breakfast.
size a bit on the small side.
Main disappointment for me was the unattractive view from the balcony, of old run-down buildings and neigbours looking in.

The hotel left a very good impression. All the furniture is new, it's very clean, there are new towels, slippers, and robes, and a welcome pack (water, coffee, tea) is provided, which is very convenient for a short stay. I would also like to note the varied breakfast with a large selection of original snacks.
For us personally, there were no dishes with other meats for breakfast (the cold cuts and sausages were only pork), and there were no signs indicating the ingredients of the dish (for example, what filling the puff pastries had, etc.).

The location - Its 3 mins walk from Syngrou-Fix Metro. The area of Koukaki is full of hidden gems - Bars, restaurants etc.
There are no ironing boards.
