There are spectacular parks in the area, offering hiking and fishing. In the winter, the big attraction is skiing or heli-skiing at Panorama Mountain Resort. Of course, any time of year is a good time to soak in the mineral pools at Fairmont or Radium Hot Springs. This unit is a two-minute walk to the James Chabot Provincial Park, the public beach, and the Lakeside Pub. You are a 10-minute walk to main street which offers a host of upscale restaurants, quaint cafes and pubs and unique shops nestled in a Bavarian/European influenced setting. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs that are part of Lake Windermere Pointe. Newer, comfortable and modern furnishings are perfect for a getaway with friends and family. This 2nd storey, courtyard view condo with balcony, will sleep up to 7 people: **Master bedroom has a king bed with en suite, walk-in closet and TV **Second bedroom can sleep three in the two beds, one double bed, and one single bed. **Comfy queen hide-a-bed in the living room (with memory foam mattress to place on top of hide-a-bed mattress) *The unit features a fully equipped kitchen * High-Speed WiFi *Two flat-screen TV's with Netflix and Cinema Now accessibility *Electric fireplace * Full-size in-suite washer/dryer *Air conditioning. *Private patio including a BBQ and patio furniture. This 2nd-floor unit faces west and offers a partial view of the pool area. Enjoy the common area hot tub and fitness room year-round, and outdoor pool during the summer months. This property was nicely laid out and was fairly quiet as well. didn't have any issues and the beds were good. I would stay here again if I stayed in Invermere.

Love this location. We love Pete’s Marine for getting our boat in the water and the proximity to everything invermere has to offer.
The units and hallways are really starting to show age though. The carpets are in need of replacement and a fresh coat of paint. We had a few repairs needed in this unit and our friends that were there also had an issue with their dishwasher. The underground parking could you a sweeper as well as the dust was thick and would tracked into the building.
We will still be coming back next year!

Quick getaway with the family. Place was nice and clean. Had a few questions for host but found they took a long time responding. Also for a beach location found it odd they didn’t supply towels so had to bring our own. Other then that it was great.

The condo is located steps from the lake and is spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bed is a comfy king in one bedroom with a single and double in second. The owner was prompt and answered or questions and requests. The price is most reasonable in comparison to other units and hotels in the summer. Loved it enough to book for 2024 already! The condo was so nice. Our hostess was wonderful and very accommodating for us. The location was perfect as it is minutes from the lake and about halfway between Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs. I would highly recommend this condo!

Nice condo with everything we needed
The condo was nice, a good size for a family of 4 and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you need to cook. The balcony was nice for enjoying a drink, and eating outside. The owner was very quick to respond to me via email when I had questions.

The accommodations were as advertised. Clean well kept. Spacious enough to have a young family. The location is perfect down in the valley overlooking one of the beaches. A short walk into town or kinsmen beach. Definitely recommend it.

This was a terrific place to stay! Quite clean with a well stocked kitchen made it a relaxing time even for the mom. Two full bathrooms made it perfect for my family with two adults and three older teen boys. Owner made everything from finding it, to checking in and out, to exploring Invermere super easy. Underground parking was also a plus. Only one small draw-back, if you have bigger kids, only 4-5 people sleep comfortably. The sofa bed is a little lumpy, best for smaller people.

Home away from home
Carmen was a pleasure to communicate with, always prompt and thorough. The condo was so welcoming, cozy and very spacious with everything we could possibly require. Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time here with our 2 kids (9&7). It is very close to mountain bike trails and there is a beach pretty much in the same parking lot. The "good" beach is across town, but it is a quick drive over. Everything is very close and walkable (although it is a bit of a climb to the main streets so if you have mobility issues that might be a problem).

Fun family long weekend on the lake
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is spacious and well equipped. Our young kids loved the outdoor pool. No issues with check in or check out.

A beautiful condo near the lake
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was a cozy home away home. All the amenities you need are there! The property manager was very accurate with her description of the property. It is situated very close to James Chabot lake, just a quick walk away. We also enjoyed using the pool complex. We would definitely love to stay there again, in the future.

Close to park and beach. Good pool and hot tub facilities. Friendly owners who were helpful with questions. BBQ could use work but it got the job done. Invermere was great too with nice downtown area and fun atmosphere. Very close to Radium hot springs and many hiking trails. Would visit again!

Great condo & location
This condo was perfect for our Xmas ski vacation: close to both Panorama and Kicking Horse (Golden), and had all the amenities. The master bed is super soft; my boys appreciated the fast wi-fi.
