Our room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean, and the air con was a blessing!
The terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a morning coffee.
Kitchen facilities were good too and had everything we needed, including a water cooler which was great!
Breakfast was really nice and fresh as well.
Roman (owner) was great in terms of contact and communications and was very friendly & helpful with any questions we had.
The location was perfect for us - not in the town centre but close enough to walk there (20 mins) - Walking to the town centre meant walking through a couple of other neighbourhoods which had nice restaurants and bars, and along the river, which would have been missed if we had stayed in town.
I noted other reviews complained about the location (busy / noisy road), but that didn't bother us and was somewhat expected when staying in a city.
We would happily stay there again as everything was great!
Not complaints, but a couple of suggestions for improvement.
Maybe a blind for the bedroom window as the street light is directly outside and shone through, during the night.
With breakfast, Roman very kindly changed the fillings on ours, so perhaps offering a small choice prior would really just make everything perfect

We had a lovely stay at this property. Out of the 3 places we stayed in our week trip in Italy this was the biggest room we had. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor patio was very nice and each morning there was a basket left in the fridge with breakfast for us each morning. It was my partners birthday when we stayed and we arrived to a bottle of Prosecco and a card which was lovely.
The tv was quite small and the room was quite warm as the aircon was placed under the door of the room and the cold air didn’t reach the bed. However, I would still highly recommend staying at this property.
