I ve traveled to multiple countries and experienced multiple hotels. This one is top of my list, facilities are great, but most importantly the staff is amazing, the most adorable people I have ever met in hospitality sector.

We stayed at Tsamis Zante Suites for our honeymoon and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, with amazing views of the sea and mountains. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful.
We booked a room with a private pool and were very happy with our choice. Our room was in a quieter area, a little away from the main building. The room was spacious, cleaned every day, and the private pool was also cleaned regularly. The pool was large and deep for a private one. We also had a sweet view of olive trees and corn, which felt very romantic.
The food was excellent. Breakfast was a real highlight: omelettes, pancakes, fresh juice, coffee, fruit, ice cream and also options like brioche with poached egg and avocado. Dinner was also very good, with a different menu every day and plenty of variety. One evening they also served fresh sushi. We liked the food so much that we did not feel the need to go to restaurants or bars outside the hotel.
The hotel beach exceeded our expectations. It is well equipped with sunbeds, beach beds with swing-style loungers, and you can order drinks or food from the bar. The water was very clean, quite shallow and lovely for swimming. We even saw a turtle near the hotel beach and swam nearby for a short time while keeping a respectful distance — a magical moment we did not experience anywhere else on the island.
The hotel also has a gym, which my husband used and found more than good enough for a hotel gym. We also appreciated the small gifts: wine and honey at check-in, and loukoumi with a small bottle of local alcohol before leaving. On our last day, we could leave our luggage, shower after the beach and even borrow a hairdryer. Parking was always easy as well.
There are a few things that could be improved. The bathroom layout in our room was not the most comfortable, and the transparent sliding toilet door, some plumbing details and the outdoor sofa by the private pool could use an update. The bathtub looked nice, but the water pressure was too weak to really use it.
I also found it disappointing that non-alcoholic drinks are not included at dinner, not even a glass of water. There was a small area of the hotel where we sometimes noticed a sewage smell, and some of the soft loungers by the sea and pools looked a little worn. Since it was our honeymoon, a small extra gesture would also have been a lovely touch, although this is not a real complaint. Overall, these were minor issues and they did not spoil our stay.

Honestly the most magical place ! From our room , to the facilities, to the food ,to the staff !! We are utterly blown away !! We will definitely be back !! If I could rate this hotel 10000 out of 10 I would !!!
