This apartment is massive with very comfortable beds that happily sleeps a lot of people. It is really centrally located and nearly everything in the city was a 10-15min walk away. They did provide towels despite us being told they wouldn't and the kitchen was stocked with tea/coffee/sugar and basic cooking essentials like oil/salt. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, so I don't have more information for that. It was cleaned well.
It is a perfect apartment for a larger group of people on holidays that plan on going out and enjoying the nightlife/ don't require a quiet, peaceful place. It didn't bother us too much, but people drunkenly hang out in the alley next to the apartment and can be very loud, so light sleepers beware.
A lot of the living room furniture is in poor condition. The coffee tables are so damaged and unsteady, they swayed if anything nudged them and we were afraid of them collapsing if something heavy was placed on top. The fire stick remote batteries for the TV were dead and the standard TV remote only kinda worked, so we gave up using the TV very quickly.

Just one small issue with one of the beds being broken, which we didn’t know until we were going to bed.

Lynsey is great to deal with! Super responsive and accommodating 5*. Great value for money and a great location so close to everything! Excited to hear that there a planned renovations.
The owners clearly acknowledge that the property is in need of some tlc and have actioned it by planning renovations. Can’t wait to come back and see what they have done !

Close to Manchester centre. Spacious and light and well equipped.
Beds were very uncomfortable. One in particular seemed to have an extremely old mattress with bed springs poking out.
Paying the large deposit was also unexpected as have never had to do that when booking on site before.
Used mop and bucket left in hallway by cleaners.
