Oh I love this apartment!
Everything was so clean, great location and even greater house. The real star of the show was the terrace! Very big one with stunning breathtaking views. Also we used the private beach the morning before leaving - it was refreshing better than espresso :)
And last but not least, the owner is the coolest and kindest person - always available for us and great communication.
Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Had a large private balcony overlooking the water/marina. Walking distance old city
Not a problem for us but tub/shower very high up. Not easy in/out of tub.

Korcula is a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.
The view from the balcony was lovely. The balcony is a good size.
It's a 15 min walk into town. The directions were accurate and the apartment was easy to find.
There is a washing machine and dish washer, there were capsules for both. Good size fridge, a bottle of water and carton of fruit juice left for us.
We had new towels left out for use.
Communication with the host was good, they responded quickly to any communication.
Basic accomodation. The apartment needs an update. There is a shower over the bath but no mount to hold the shower head. Bathroom window doesn't close. Paintwork in the bedroom in poor condition. Cracked tile on the floor. Drawer handles missing in the kitchen area. Sofa upholstery in need of a clean. Outside chair cushions in poor condition. The balcony has a mismatch of chairs and tables. A mossie hot spot, prepare to either cover up, get one of the outdoor mosquito coils or suffer multiple bites.
I would not stay here again or recommend.
