The house on Blueberry Rd was exactly what we wanted for our Christmas Holiday. We came up from Florida, back to my home state of New Hampshire for a gathering of family for the holiday. We had a fire going in the fireplace all weekend and enjoyed sitting around it sharing presents with each other. The house included a game room on the lower level with pool table, air hockey, dart board and shuffleboard table. It was a lot of fun to watch the youngsters battle it out with each other. The pool table provided good competition for us older folks as well. Our host, Mike, was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and even supplied us with some wood from his stash when we ran out! Only negative we found was the condition of the cooking utensils being well worn although there was a plentiful supply of knives!

The property was spacious and beautiful. We had an absolutely amazing time. We were able to sit around the fire each night and just relax. We traveled during the day and took full advantage of having a beautiful kitchen and grill to be able to come home and cook meals and just enjoy the home.

We chose this property as a place to go for 4-5 days to escape our much smaller Boston condo. It was true to the description and pictures. Lots and lots of space to spread out. The highlight was the basement with all the game tables - both the kids and adults loved it. It was also cozy to watch a movie. The house was well equipped with kitchen items, etc., but you should bring your own shower accessories and laundry and dish detergent. My only critique was that there was no coffee pot or maker (only a Keurig and no K cups). We would definitely come back again and we had a really wonderful time!

Better than pictures
We enjoyed our stay for New Years. Everything was well thought, plenty of kitchen equipment and entertainment. They also recently upgraded TV which was a nice surprise. I believe the pictures still show an old one.

Nice house-great location
The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The fully equipped kitchen was definitely a plus. Great location and close to everything. Cons- needs a deep cleaning. Mice droppings in utensil drawer so we had to make sure we cleaned everything before using. Also dog/cat hair on everything so we definitely should of brought our own linens due to my sons allergies.

An okay stay overall
There were lots of positives for this home and our stay. The home looked exactly as it does in the pictures. It accomplished our goal of a comfortable place to relax and spend time together. We also liked that food and grocery stores were within a nice distance.
We have stayed at a few different home rentals so perhaps we have been spoiled but there were a few things that affects my ability to give it a 5 star rating. The first is that there appears to be old and conflicting information about the stay. For example, the welcome email says that there is an iPad that controls the house functions but there was no iPad to be found. Also, the welcome email said to not go into the garage but there are signs around the house that specifically says to use the garage for the trash. It would have been nice to have a welcome booklet to explain things and obviously making sure it’s updated. The home has Nest for the heating system and although most could figure it out after some time, a little run down on how it functions would have been helpful. And lastly, there was no communication with the property manager despite the fact that I emailed with a specific question. So overall, this rental served its purpose and I would still recommend this home I just hope that some things can be adjusted and updated for future renters.

Lovely large space for our group
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is large and homey and was very clean on our arrival. Worked well for a couple moms and their kids, lots of space for everyone. We cooked in every day and saved lots of money. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. The multizone heat was nice so everyone could be in their own comfort zone. Skied at King Pine several days and drove into North Conway a few other days. Check in and out was simple. Owner was readily available by phone for a few quick questions and was very friendly. We especially appreciated one night when it snowed overnight and before we even got up for our early ski day, the driveway had already been plowed for us! Wouldn't hesitate to return! The photos represent the house perfectly so study them to see if the space will work for your group. It worked for ours and we had a great time! Thank you!
