Also on first floor there is a full hall bath, and laundry room. Second floor is the entertaining space with living area featuring brand new smart TV with cable and a DVD player. Large kitchen with table that seats 8. 1/2 bath on this floor. Outside covered deck has bay views with new patio furniture - couch, table, bench and chairs - seating for 8. Third floor hosts 2 en suite bedrooms each with king size bed and private decks/chairs and water views. Additional amenities include outside shower, and 2 assigned parking spaces. Use of the heated pool, which is directly across from the unit, is included (from memorial day to Labor Day). Gas grills are also available for use. No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups.
