The location is just five minutes away from Airport and good restaurants are available in the area. The hotel staff was very good.

The bedsheets provided were not clean and it was like a used one. The cleanliness in the room was not up to the mark. The toilet is also not well cleaned. Moreover the rooms are not maintained well. I am forced to say that booking.com is not providing the real picture of the hotel and how the hotel is rated as a three star hotel only you people can tell me. Also my booking included breakfast but I was struggling to just receive it. All management and coordination with booking.com were the worst.

Regret choosing this hotel

Nothing much, even for the price.

The staff is a collection of youth, who can barely speak English. I was travelling with a visitor from abroad. There were mosquitos in the corridor. The foreign visitor was given a room in which the AC did not work and the toilet would not flush. Making them understand that was a task. They said they will send someone to fix these. But it was communicated in such a way to us that it did not inspire confidence. We insisted on a change of room, which they did - with reluctance. Breakfast was included. The kitchen was supposed to open after 8:30, but at 8:40, they did not answer, so had to go to the reception. One did not understand English, one did, he connected to the kitchen and showed annoyance with me. The breakfast consisting of fried egg and toast was very poor. Can't see what can go wrong with the fried egg except using old oil. It was better the breakfast was not included. The toilet was functional. The room did not look like what is shown in the picture. Due to the difficulty in communication, the hotel is suitable for Bengali travellers, but not for people from other states or international travellers. It is better to pay extra and get something better near the airport.

Nothing, it was a horrible hotel in an awful location

Filthy horrible room, nothing like in the pictures. The sheets were dirty and had pubic hair in them. The bathroom was filthy and we didn’t use it. The whole place is quite disgusting.

Didn't expect a Fab Hotel property to be managed so badly......

Nothing was likeable in this property

Room was dingy and stinking badly. Bed sheet was dirty. Wall plaster was popping out due to ? (seepage?). Could not stay in the room for even an hour, I checked out early and stayed in another property nearby.

The ratings are not true, they wrote a rating using 'my name' as wonderful. Better to avoid.

Two nice restaurants are just adjacent. Food at Koshe Kasha and Bhajohari Ranna are awesome.

There are many things which irked me - 1. After booking you constantly get calls/sms/emails for a pre-payment. While there were no terms mentioned on website/booking.com as pre-requisites. 2. The room was dirty. Ref. attached photo. 3. Air conditioner was leaking water throughout and it was dusty and dirty. Ref. attached photo. 4. To my surprise, they have written a review by their own using my name. Is not that a fraud!! Ref. attached photo. 5. Booked for 3 people and they just provided only one bath towel. 6. No sleepers at room. 7. No food menu at room.

I did not stay there as the hotel staff did not opened the gate. I stayed at the gate for half an hour no response

Great potential, but the dirtiness (even the bed sheets were ugly) made it a terrible experience.

Booking.com should rate places separately based on cleanliness. The room we got was dirty and my wife immediately got allergy attack. I suspect the a/c filter was never changed. I do not understand how this place got such good rating. i have stayed in many places in India during this trip and this is absolutely the worst place, not worth the listing by booking.com.

Nothing at all. Terrible room, Terrible staff. Crooks all over with moto to dupe customers.

Terrible staff; they have been absolutely non-comperating. The room was way dirtier than shown in photos online at the time of booking. Room service not delivered in full. There was no salt with the salad. I asked for it and also for an extra plate. They kept promising every time I called back, but it never came. I finally slept at midnight, waiting for it. Linen was stained and rough. It was clearly not changed from the previous guest stay. The staff was also almost rude at times. I'll never recommend this to anyone.

Not genius. Sucked.

This place is trash. So dirty ripped bed sheets. Bed painful. Bad location right on the highway my bed was literally shaking every time a truck rolled past. And it was priced way to high for what I got.
