Cicha spokojna okolica ze wspaniałym widokiem, bezproblemowe parkowanie, przyjazna obsługa, codzienne sprzątanie. Aneks kuchenny w pokoju mały, ale wystarczający. Kawa na balkonie z takim widokiem - super. Śniadanie przygotowywane wg życzenia. Największa wartość dodana to Dachstein Summer Card - darmowe wyciągi, baseny i autobusy. Bardzo fajne rozwiązanie.

Csodálatosan szép környék, autóval illetve busszal is könnyen megközelíthető több turisztikai célpont. A reggeli jó volt a vendégek számához képest megfelelő, széles válszték, jó minőségű ételek, pl. bio joghurtok, friss gyümölcs, többféle gabonapehely, magvak. (a legtöbbje kiürült dunsztosüvegben) A szállásadó kedves volt kivéve utolsó nap. (11-ig kellett elhagyni a szállást, de negyed 11-től folyamatosan zaklatott, hogy mikor megyünk már)
Minden olyan kacatos rendezetlen, és össze-vissza. Az ágy alatt por, a törölközők tiszták, de nagyon használtak és régiek (olyan durva volt már az anyaguk, hogy szinte karcolta az ember bőrét). A szobába bezsufolva van minden féle használaton kívüli kacat (rádiós magnó, digitális ébresztőóra, használaton kívüli kávéfőző). A butorok szobán belül is többféle stílus. A közlekedő folyosón minden féle otthagyott kacat, és fölösleges bútorok, giccses díszek. (régi újsághalmok, wc papír gurigák mindenhol, otthagyott porszívó, felsorolni sem lehet)
