I have stayed in both the private room and the capsule, and both are convenient options for getting some rest after a long bus journey or before heading to your next destination.
The rooms are simple but comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the private room. Personally, I prefer the lower-deck units as they are easier to access. Both the room and capsule come with a mirror, which is a nice touch.
There is a shower facility available, with separate sections for male and female guests. However, during my stay, I noticed that a male appeared to be using the female shower area, so guests may wish to exercise some caution.
One downside is that there is no complimentary Wi-Fi provided. Another inconvenience is that there are no toilets within the accommodation area itself, so guests need to use the public restrooms whenever nature calls, but it is nearby.

I liked it because it was my first time in a capsule. It's an interesting experience.
The bed seemed clean and I slept comfortable for 3 hours before taking my bus at 4.30am. I'd recommend you to just sleep and leave.
The location was a bit scary to me as a first time solo traveler. The capsules are in a dark place and you feel isolated from the rest of the station. I didn't take a shower neither because I felt uncomfortable.
BUT nothing happened! I think I was just a bit paranoid. At the end, I still slept 3 hours lol.

Located in the TBS terminal which is ideal if you have sometime you need to sleep away before a bus. Things to note. There is NO WIFI even though it’s advertised as having wifi. Also the shower and toilet facilities are public not that clean which is no fault of the motel. The inside of the « pod » was very cold and could not find away to adjust the heat so I was basically a ice cube despite the thin blanket. The pillow was lovely and clean but the sheets had some signs of stains. There is no sound proofing so you can hear everything, people right above/below/ next to you and outside. And the doors are not quite to open and close. But was a very convenient stay considering. Staff were polite and helpful.
