Amazing value for the price. Self check-in is a great option. Weds were comfortable, clean, and pretty large. I reckon it was the standard 1.9m, maybe even 2m. There are lockers and communal spaces available, so it would be a good fit for someone looking for a truly "hostel travel" experience. The en-suite bathroom was clean but there are no towels provided - fair for the price, but would be excellent if they were included.
Rooms aren't locked from the outside which I'm used to even in hostels at this price point. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Lockers are in the rooms, which makes it a bit tricky for late night returns or getting up earlier than others, considering the noise you/people make while accessing the lockers. I'd also say it's a little bit of a safety concern when the rooms aren't individually locked but not a massive issue again - they're still locked with your own padlock.
