Apartment in a luxury residence (Parc Lucie), on the road to the beaches (50 m from the nearest beach, sea down the residence) but close to the city center (you can stay in the apartment without a car, the shops are all within a radius of 500 M and those in the city center accessible in 1/4 hour on foot or by the Ajaccian buses which are very efficient).
The apartment is in new condition and has all the comforts (Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, necessary kitchen .....) except dishwasher.
It is decorated with a large terrace. Private parking space.

All in all it was a nice Apartment.
We missed only a Wine Bottle opener.
Both lamps beside the beds was defect.
The ocean view is great.
The handling of the garbage is difficult.
