Situated in Fraser, this lovely condo for $168 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The main floor of the unit has high vaulted ceilings in the main living room area with a modern furnished decor, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player, free in unit Wi-Fi access and access to the private balcony that offers view of the Winter Park Ski Resort and partial views of the Continental Divide. Adjacent to the main living area, the dining room is on an elevated level with large wood table and seating for 6 persons. An additional 3 spots are available at the breakfast bar that overlooks the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter top space, new appliances and plenty of cabinets. The very upper level of the unit has an open loft that overlooks the main living room area below and has a queen bed and one twin bed with access to a full bathroom. The lower entry level of the unit has the master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom with a bonus amenity including a jetted whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom on this level has a double and a twin bed with flat screen TV to keep the kids entertained. A wonderfully decorated and spacious unit with 2 bedrooms plus loft and 3 bathroom - 3 story unit. Located on the 6th floor of the building, this great family rental will sleep 8 persons in beds and has other items in the unit to help make your stay comfortable included Pack-n-play crib, game table for cards or board games and a sound bar in the main living room for the hearing impaired and free Wi-Fi access. NO AIR CONDITIONING Common area amenities at the property include: Elevator to access each floor from the underground parking space, 2 indoor hot tubs on the second floor and coin operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor. Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay. Perfect location to get to everything downtown. 5-10 minutes to ski resort or bus is right in front. Coin laundry with easy access. Spacious 3 story apartment. Lots of stairs. Kids loved the loft.

Condo is as advertised. It is spacious with a nice common area. The location is close to the main rental offices for a quick check in. The underground parking is convenient. The mgmt staff was responsive and courteous. The upstairs bedroom is a loft space and sound communicates with the rest of the condo.

Everything was really great, but the communication and check-in via VRBO wasn’t so straightforward, they do it through their own property management portal which is just OK. All through VRBO would be preferable.

This unit is big and beautiful and very close to the town of Winter Park as well as the resort. Nearby bus stops will take you straight to the resort as well, and they are super close walking distance to the unit. Loved this stay!

The location was great. Led to believe washer and dryer included but it was paid Laundry. Difficult to get in touch. Email was from stay winter park and then when tried to contact about questions I had to wait thirty minutes to speak to anyone.

The basics were covered, however, this is a 40 year old property with lots of repair/TLC needed (sliding door barely moved, we have a water leak in one of the bedrooms). Beds were just ok with the thinnest sheets ever! We were just fine and had a great time (all about attitude) but I wouldn't book here again.

We were quite happy with this property. It's very close to the public transportation stops. Ski locker outside the unit was nice to have. Parking was easy and plentiful unlike other places we have stayed at in resort towns.

Perfect location: walking distance to all good downtown eateries. Bedrooms above and below living room area gave peaceful sleeps for all ages. Hot running after skiing was a hit. In building garage made luggage transportation easy.
