Ok stay after coming back from trekking
The toilet water gathers in the middle of the bathroom and the toilet was broken and couldn't be flushed, we informed the staff in the morning and head out to allow them time to fix the issue. Come back 5 hours later with the toilet still unfixed. Room service is very slow and takes multiple reminders. We were finally transferred to another room while they fix the room and as we were still planning our next move, we requested to the staff to add another day which he confirmed we can extend only but the next day, they informed us they've overbooked and had to checkout.
